Our Lagoona Mall kitchen is on the West Bay Lagoon side, and it cooks for Lusail, The Pearl and Al Daayen. Nutty Chicken comes first here, then The Mexican and the Butcher's Bowl.

Romaine lettuce and mixed greens with cilantro, charred corn, avocado, red kidney beans, shredded carrots, baked tortilla and gouda cheese. Cilantro Cumin dressing.
October Salad
Romaine lettuce and arugula with pear, goat cheese, walnuts, pumpkin seeds and dried cranberries. Balsamic dressing.
Nutty Chicken
Mixed quinoa and grilled chicken with purple cabbage, white cabbage, shredded carrots, baby spinach and toasted peanuts. Spicy Ginger dressing.
Superfood Bowl
Kale and spinach with grilled chicken, edamame, toasted buckwheat, hard boiled egg, charred corn and goji berries. Apple Vinaigrette dressing.
The Wolverine
Romaine lettuce and mixed greens with shredded mozzarella, avocado, smoked turkey, grilled chicken, Crispy Turkey, mushrooms and baked pita. Caesar dressing.
