We take salad seriously. That’s why people get a little obsessed with ours. Choose from our signature salads or make your own. We also offer bowls, sandwiches, juices and treats. All our dressings are made with the highest grade of extra virgin olive oil.
SALATA was born in Beirut on 11 November 2018. We are women-owned, with our home base in Dubai.
Find us in the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah), Qatar (Doha) and Lebanon (Gemmayze, Beirut).
Today SALATA cooks from six kitchens in Dubai, two in Abu Dhabi, one in Sharjah and three in Doha, and from our shops on Alserkal Avenue and in Gemmayze.
